Wildwood House
Located in the heart of East Hills, this custom residence is thoughtfully positioned within walking distance to both the elementary and high school, offering a rare balance of convenience and privacy.
The exterior presents a refined, coastal-inspired interpretation of a traditional home, with a balanced gabled composition, soft neutral palette, and stone detailing that grounds the structure within its setting.
Inside, the home is defined by clarity and light. A double-height entry introduces the interior with a sense of openness, complemented by detailed wall paneling, clean-lined millwork, and a warm oak staircase that brings contrast and texture to the space. The layout is intentionally open yet structured, allowing for flow between rooms while maintaining a sense of order and scale.
The kitchen continues this approach, with custom cabinetry in Dove White by Benjamin Moore, paired with Berkshire Brass by Cambria countertops and integrated Thermador appliances. Throughout the home, Pella windows frame natural light and connect interior spaces to the surrounding landscape.
Bathrooms are designed with a more contemporary edge, combining large-format stone surfaces with warm brass fixtures and soft integrated lighting, creating a calm, spa-like atmosphere.
Exterior lighting by Troy Lighting in a French iron finish adds a subtle, traditional detail, reinforcing the home’s overall sense of restraint and balance.
Built by Noli Development, the project reflects a thoughtful, detail-driven approach where design and execution are closely aligned — resulting in a home that feels both timeless and quietly elevated.
